Ask your attendant if the chef can prepare buri teriyaki, a delicate, buttery fish, available only during winter. And if you're in the mood for a hot pot, go for yurakuenab­e seafood and beef, a satisfying meal on its own. Dassai 39, a light and fruity sake, completes the experience.
