Bypass road project on

A Department of Public Works and Highways Region 4-A official has said that the construction of the 6.7-kilometer long Lopez, Quezon bypass road has started.

Project Engineer Bernie Lualhati said clearing works are underway on the priority project of Quezon Rep. Angelina Tan. Up next will be the laying of gravel and sand and concreting of the project that starts in Barangay Del Pilar and ends in Barangay Talolong.

Tan is optimistic that the project would be halfway through before the election to ease traffic and become an alternate route for motorists. Mayors of the fourth district of Quezon thanked Tan for making the project possible.
