Abu nabbed in Zambo

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Authorities here arrested on Friday a man believed to be a member of the Abu Sayyaf Group. Police director for Zamboanga peninsula, Chief Supt. Billy Beltran, said the suspect, identified as Rabulat Balito, was involved in the kidnapping and serious illegal detention of 15 plantation workers in Lantawan, Basilan province. Balito was arrested about 8 a.m. in the village of Recodo about 10 kilometers west of this city. He is supposedly one of the most trusted men of the late Islamic State leader Isnilon Hapilon.
