Pinoy rugby calendar out

Filipino rugby fans will have a lot to look forward to this year as the Philippine Rugby Football Union revealed its calendar of events.

The event actually started yesterday with the opening of the Philippine School League. Another PSL season will commence on Nov. 16 after a mid-year break.

The PRFU Domestic Competition, Derby Day, and the Philippines NDT-Hong Kong Warriors series will make up 18 rounds of 15s rugby from February to July.

For the 7s league, three festivals will take place once a month starting August up until September.

The grassroots level is also jampacked as the Santos Knight Frank Get Into Rugby Juniors’ Touch Festival is scheduled for February to October.
