Camella awards top agents

Camella sales agents and brokers were treated to a fun and fab night at the Teatro Casino during the Camella Annual Awards 2012.

As a toast to the “High Rollers”, the night recognized top performers for both Camella Cebu North and South projects for the whole year. Sales performance was based on combined reservations booked and contracted sales with minimum qualifying sales.

Aside from the January to December sales performance, Camella also recognized top performers per quarter.

The 2011 Top Performers for Cebu North Inhouse Marketing Category for Property Consultant were: Rosie Villarin (1st), Ginalyn Belandres (2nd), and Jay Wendell Silva (3rd). For Area Sales Head: Janette Villagonzalo (1st), Lutchie Canada (2nd), and Tanneth Christy Gabriel ( 3rd); Marketing Director awardees: Jose Eric Cordero ( 1st), Nicolas Pimentel (2nd), and Joel Magbanua (3rd).

For the Cebu North Allied Brokers Category for Agents: Celieto Sologastua of Flaminia Realty (1st), Rose Pablo of Ebarita Realty (2nd) and Annabel Lomibao of Flaminia Realty (3rd). For Division Manager: Gadiel Canillas of Ebarita Realty (1st), Mercedes Butaslac of Flaminia Realty ( 2nd); Brokers awardees: Rose Flaminia of Flaminia Realty (1st) and Erwin Ebarita of Ebarita Realty (2nd).

The 2011 Top Performers for Cebu South Inhouse Marketing Category for Property Consultant were Ehra Mapa (1st), Miguelito Tampus Jr. (2nd) Annabelle Mendo (3rd). For Area Sales Head awardees: Luchie Canada (1st), anneth Christy Gabriel (2nd) and Evangeline Estellore (3rd); awardees for the Marketing Director : 1st Jose Eric Cordero (1st) and Joel Magbanua (2nd).

Allied Brokers Category Agent for Cebu South: 1st Eliseo Abregana of Abregana Realty (1st), Roselyn Pablo of Ebarita Realty (2nd) and Gemini Realty Delia Maraat ( 3rd). For the Division Manager awardees: Ophelia Canete of Gemini Realty (1st), Gadiel Canillas of Ebarita Realty (2nd) and Carol Calibo of Land Asia (3rd). For the Brokers in Cebu South division: Avelino Canete of Gemini Realty (1st), Marisa Inting of Land Asia (2nd), and Brigitte Abregana of Abregana Realty (3rd).

The second semester promos for 2011 awarded top performers for the South projects with iphones and ipad2 for the North projects.

For the fourth quarter alone, up to P1.7 million in total cash prizes were given away. Last year’s P1.7 Million were given out from October to December 2011 and the final amount of P200 thousand worth of cash prizes was given during this year’s awards night.

These cash prizes were part of the Christmas Lottery Promo in line with Vistaland and Lifescapes’s Home for the Holidays in recognition of top sales performers for the in- house and the allied brokers categories.

Camella also launched the promo for 2012 dubbed “Strike a Deal” where agents and teams have the chance to win cash and non-cash prizes of as high as P1 million to anyone who can make the lucky combination from the cards. — AJ dela Torre
