Redemptorist marks feast of Mother of Perpetual Help

The Redemptorist Parish Church- Cebu will celebrate the Feast of Our Mother of Perpetual Help on June 17. Solemn Novena Masses begin on Friday, June 8.

The following are the daily schedules of the novena masses:

•6AM, 7AM,1 2:15PM ,AND 5: 30PM- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

• 5: 30AM, 7AM and 4: 45PM- Sunday

• 6AM, 7AM and 5PM- Wednesday

On June 15, the Redemptorists will offer a Mass for all the Sick at 3: 00pm in the Redemptorist Church. In line with the fiesta celebration, a Pontifical Mass will be held on the Feast Day, June 17, 2012 at 10: 45a. m. with Most Rev. Isabelo “Boy” Abarquez ( Bishop of Calbayog City) as the main celebrant.

At 4: 30pm will be a procession. The route of the procession is as follows: R. Aboitiz Street and right to J. Osmeña St., then left to Ma. Cristina St., crossing Osmeña Blvd., proceeding to Jasmin St., left to Don Mariano Gil St., right to J. Llorente St., left to Waling- waling St., left to B. Rodriguez St., straight to Gen. Maxilom Ave. through Fuente Osmeña, left to Gorordo Ave., left to F. Sotto Drive, right to Queens Road then back to the Redemptorist Church.

Everyone is invited to be part of the Feast of our Mother of Perpetual Help. This year’s theme is: “Celebrating 50 Years Of Vatican II With Our Blessed Mother.”
