Grand Residences topping off

-

Homeowners of Grand Residences are assured that they will not be left hanging with their investment as the progress of the community development proves to be on track and even ahead of the projected schedule.

Grand Land Inc., the residential property development arm of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, celebrated the ceremonial topping off on the first two towers of its flagship residential project last Wednesday.

It was last September of 2012 when the developer launched the Grand Residences, an urban condominium subdivision and resort community project that sits in a 3.2hectare property at Barangay Kasambagan, Cebu City. It is comprised of five residential towers that will house 2 400 units ranging from P1.8 to P7 million.

If Grand Land Inc. President Ryan Bernard Go has to put the company's enthusiasm with the positive take-up of the project into words, he shared that the overwhelming feeling the company is highly inspired by the upbeat market reception and the fast- paced development of the condominium project.

In just ten months, the company has topped off the first two towers earlier than expected.

"Initially, the original plan was to top off only one tower to be followed with another tower next year. But since there is a very positive sales turn- out of the two towers, we did both all at once at an earlier time," Go admitted.

More than 90 percent of the units of both towers are currently sold, leaving around 50 units still available to the market to date.

It is the project's prime location in the city, the company believes, that largely drew the attention and interests of homeowners to buy a unit in Grand Residences.

Literally a few-minute walk from major business and lifestyle destinations, Grand Residences is located right in the center of all.

Grand Residences shall also be the answer to one's dream of living in his own private subtropical paradise as 65 percent of the project will be dedicated to open spaces.

Along with its tree-lined avenues and landscaped paths, the community shall feature nature- friendly amenities such as a multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming pool, infinity lap pool, amphitheater, picnic area, lotus pond, jogging path, cabanas, kiddy playground and sky lounge.

Homeowners who always want to stay connected through the Internet need not to worry anymore as Grand Land Inc. officially inked partnership Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) to provide homeowners with the convenience of acquiring the most advanced broadband technology, adding more value to the units of Grand Residences.

A memorandum of agreement was signed last month, stating the joint venture of the two companies in providing broadband access to residential owners of the flagship project of the real estate developer.

Once the buyer avails of the PLDT broadband connection, it shall take effect once the units will be turned over. Residents are assured that the facilities for the fiberoptic enabled broadband connection will even be ready before they move. Amenity areas in the community like the clubhouse shall also be converted to be WI-FI zones to make it more convenient for residents.

Units of the first tower shall be delivered to the buyers by 2014 and will be then succeeded with the turn-over of units of the second tower two years from now. This November, Grand Land Inc. shall launch its third tower. Overall, the entire urban masterplanned community will be fully developed and completed by 2021.

With all of these developments in the pipeline, homeowners of Grand Residences are guaranteed with the company's full commitment of providing them a grand design for urban living. No need to ask for more as Grand Residences is nothing less than a grand home address indeed. (GRACE MELANIE I. LACAMIENTO)
