Hukad sa Golden Cowrie opens at Parkmall
Hukad sa Golden Cowrie and Golden Cowrie Filipino Restaurant now have seven branches in Cebu and 16 nationwide with the opening of Hukad Parkmall.
The opening of the 230 sq. m. Parkmall branch signifies the presence of a Golden Cowrie or Hukad sa Golden Cowrie in almost all the major malls in the city. The restaurant can comfortably seat 120 customers in its two floors and al fresco area and features its signature hanging puso lamps and classic, contemporary interiors designed by Hannah Lim of HL Designs. For meetings and special celebrations, a function room for 15 people is also available.
“We are very excited to be bringing the Golden Cowrie brand, flavor and service closer to the people who live and work in this highly urbanized city. Putting up a Hukad sa Golden Cowrie in Parkmall also further increases the restaurant’s presence in Mandaue, having opened recently in A.S. Fortuna last month,” stated Kenneth C. Kokseng, general manager of Golden Cowrie.
The blessing was graced by guests of honor Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes, Mandaue City Councilor Lollypop OuanoDizon, Golden Cowrie founder Tina Ebrada and the Kokseng family.
