Fast rising phone brand opens store in Cebu
The world's No. 3 smartphone brand continues its aggressive retail expansion in the Philippines by opening its fifth brand shop in Cebu City. Huawei, known for its telecom network infrastructures and pocket wi-fi devices, is now at Huawei Brand Experience Lounge at the Cyberzone Area of SM City Cebu. Designed to be highly experiential, the store has interactive areas where shoppers can try Huawei devices - 3G/4G LTE smartphones, tablets, and mobile broadband devices, among others - at their own pace.
Huawei Device Philippines country manager Charles Wu said that their smartphones are optimized to work with Huawei's 3G and 4G LTE network solutions, which are being used by major telecom companies locally and globally. "With over 20 years of network experience, our engineers have optimized our phones so it could detect network signal faster and more efficiently and save on battery life," Wu pointed out. "And we want our consumers to enjoy these unique advantages."
The Huawei Brand Lounge currently highlights the flagship model Ascend P7 - the Best Smartphone 20142015 conferred by the European Imaging Sound Association ( EISA). The model redefines smartphone excellence, with an edge provided by highend features, ultra- fast connectivity, and a beautifully crafted design that puts it in a class of its own. “Once you use it, you'll discover the many ways in which the Ascend P7 redefines the smartphone experience, both inside and out.”
