Toy Kingdom sets Disney Junior meet & greet in SM

Here’s your chance to meet your favorite Disney Junior characters – Sofia the First, Jake the Neverland Pirate, and Doc McStuffins on their visit to Cebu this April 17 and 18 ( Friday and Saturday).

Come and see t hese characters at the Northwing Atrium of SM City Cebu on April 17 at 2 p. m. 4 p. m. and 6 p. m; and April 18 at 12 noon, 2 p. m., 4 p. m.; and 6 p. m. The Meet & Greet session is open to all. No purchase requiremen­t needed. Only 50 families will be accommodat­ed per session.

“Sofia the First” is a 3D computer- animated television series that officially premiered in 2013. The series follows the adventures of Sofia, an eightyear- old- girl who becomes a princess overnight after her mother marries the king. Sofia tries her best to adapt to her new life being a princess and has her stepbrothe­r and sister, James and Amber to help her along with the headmistre­sses of the Royal Preparator­y Academy.

“Jake and the Never Land Pirates” is an Annie Awardwinni­ng musical and interactiv­e animated television series shown on Disney Junior. The series focuses on a band of young pirates consisting of Jake, Izzy, Cubby and their parrot Skully, who continuous­ly spend their days competing against Captain Hook and Mr. Smee for treasure. They are often accompanie­d by several characters including their living pirate ship, Bucky, and their mermaid friend, Marina.

“Doc McStuffins” is an animated children’s television series produced by Brown Bag Films. The series chronicles a girl named Dottie “Doc” McStuffins who decides she wants to become a doctor like her mother. She pretends to be a doctor by fixing toys and dolls. When she puts on her stethoscop­e, toys, dolls, and stuffed animals come to life and she can communicat­e with them. With help from her stuffed animal friends – Stuffy the Dragon, Hallie the Hippo, Lambie the Lamb, and Chilly the Snowman – Doc helps toys “feel better” by giving them check-ups and diagnosing their illnesses with “The Big Book of Boo Boos.”
