Meanwhile, a 19-yearold man sustained a gunshot wound after he was allegedly shot by his 16-year-old neighbor around 5 p.m. at Barangay Candulawan, Talisay City, Cebu.

According to Police Officer Christopher Cesa of Talisay City Police Station, Jason Lapena Baguio, 19, of Barangay Candulawan, Talisay City, Cebu, sustained a gunshot wound in the back part of his body.

Cesa said Baguio was on his way to bathe in the nearby river when his neighbor saw him and confronted him.
