Park Centrale unit owners receive their office spaces
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has turned over all the 55 sold-out office units at Park Centrale, a 19-storey office condominium at Cebu I.T. Park in Apas-Lahug, Cebu City.
The company also announced that it has leased out the four commercial spaces on the ground floor and three of the five BPO floors on the 5th to the 9th floors. The 55 soldout units are located on the 10th to 19th floors.
“We are very pleased of the market’s reception of Park Centrale,” remarked Jose Franco B. Soberano, chief operating officer of the company.
“We have worked very hard to deliver an exceptional office building, as we benchmarked our design on the latest and highest standards in today’s commercial building market,” he said.
“Our clients and tenants will find true benefit from the excellent location Park Centrale provides and the marvelous business environment that surrounds it,” he added.
Meanwhile, Dudes Tunaquin, CLI sales manager for Park Centrale, disclosed that the building’s office condominium owners have started to get lease inquiries for the units ranging from 40 to 99 square meters.
“These are ideal for SME’s or start-up BPOs seeking a prime office address,” he noted.
After the groundbreaking only last May 29, 2013, the company is eyeing to start full building operations by the start of the fourth quarter this year.
Even just halfway with its construction, Park Centrale earned the distinction as Best Commercial Development in Cebu during the Philippines Property Awards in August last year.
The building bested other projects in terms of design and concept, value for money, sales performance, construction quality, and green building standards.
Its eco-conscious design helps tenants cut costs with energyefficiency systems and architecture, letting in an abundance of natural light and strong air circulation. “Practicality, comfort and efficiency are rolled into one in Park Centrale,” quipped Tunaquin.
