Developer breaks ground for first condo project

-

SunKai Land, Inc. has broken ground for its first project, the residential condominium SunVida Tower along Juan Luna Avenue, one of the main thoroughfares of Cebu City.

The groundbreaking ceremony was led by Ms. Hope Melencion (SunKaiLand’s Head of Operations), Michael Estomata (Project Development Head), Engineer Ramonsito Uy (President & Owner of Vineyard Construction) and representatives of SunVida Tower Unit Owners. The project site was blessed by Reverend Father Eduardo M. Cabug, Team Member of Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, Lahug, Cebu City.

Construction of the 30storey building will begin immediately. SunVida is expected to be completed by December of 2018 and delivered in the first quarter of 2019.

“SunKai Land is proud to have launched this project and looks forward to many happy lives lived in its premises,” Operations Head Hope Melencion says.

With 72 percent of its 543 units already sold, just four months after its launch, SunVida Tower is a Cebuano success story waiting to be told.

The success of SunVida Tower is attributed to three major factors – strategic location, flexible designs and value for money – adequately fulfilling SunKai Land’s mission of contributing to the growth of the metropolis as a prime economic mover.

The project enjoys the distinction of being the most reasonably priced in its category. Units are currently offered on exciting financing schemes. One may own a SunVida unit on a P9,000 monthly installment scheme.

The tower, located within the central business district, is designed in the Modern Asian Contemporary scheme dominated by vibrant hues. Each residential unit will have either a harbor, city or mountain view. Some of the condominium’s units are combinable to create bigger spaces for bigger families.

The project has the city right at its doorstep. It is close to three major shopping destinations, with SM City Cebu just a few steps away. It is also within the area of churches and schools and a short drive to the Cebu City harbor and the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

Security and privacy are highly valued within the property. The building has 24hour security service with closed-circuit television cameras, a private and security drop-off, three high-speed passenger elevators and 100 percent power back-up.

Amenities, to be installed on the building’s sixth level include an adult infinity pool, a kiddie pool and a fitness gym. The community will also have meeting rooms.

A grand lobby and retail and commercial hub complete the enviable city living experience.

With the brisk uptake of SunVida Tower, SunKai Land is looking to develop more properties to serve a growing investor and end-user market.
