Chef Imamura recently howcased his signature speialties during an exclusive media preview in Cebu, hrough a six-course tasting menu featuring Flash Smoked Seasonal Fish Salad, Sake Simmered Live Lobster in Thick Winter Sauce, Yaki-Nituke Style Charcoal Grilled Kinki Fish, Stewed Japanese Wagyu Beef and Yuba Soy Skin, Truffle Rice and Miso Soup, and Yuzu Gianduja with Bitter Chocolate Mousse Mango Sorbet paired with a selection of premium wines from across the globe.
Located at the upper ground level of Okada Manila and close to the gaming areas, Kappou Imamura provides guests a breathtaking view of Manila Bay with impeccably warm Filipino and Japanese hospitality for the ultimate dining satisfaction.
The restaurant accommodates guests from 6:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily, and can seat up to 90 persons in the 360square-meter dining area. Private dining rooms are available for smaller and more intimate gatherings.
