The Philippines had been through a lot. From devastating catastrophes like storms, earthquakes, landslides, never ending war, crimes, morbidity and mortality across the entire country. ISIS in the Philippines is a call for help. It means that every Filipino and foreign visitors or residents should help themselves to be prepared, to be alert, and assertive enough to help one another for the safety and survival of the majority. Regardless of the validity of his source, we must reinforce our preventive security measures. The people must also be vigilant and cooperate with the authorities. This is the time that we, the Filipino people (regardless of denomination) must be one in fighting against terrorism.

graphics animator I think as a country this is the time when we all have to be united. The main goal now is to protect the nation, the people. Never blame terrorism on our Muslim brothers and sisters. Terrorism has no religion. Our leaders have to set aside political agendas. The citizens should be extra vigilant and refrain from spreading fake news on social media which may cause panic. The media should be extra sensitive to the information they report, especially on matters of security.
