The 14 core leaders of the KKK Cebu were mostly members of the principal families and educated, to continue:

11.) Francisco Llamas

He had a house in Tisa (part of what was called then the Greater Labangon now divided into three barangays, Labangon, Punta Princesa and Tisa). A bachelor and young relative by the name of Rufo Gabrillo Llamas also joined the revolution.

A relative named Januario Gabrillo, around 60 years old in 1898, a resident of Basak who once served as its Teniente was arrested, tortured, and executed by the Spaniards and earned the title and should be properly honored/remembered as the first martyr of the Cebuano Revolt against Spain.

He was wounded during the outbreak of the Battle of Tres de Abril and was given the rank of Colonel under the leadership of General Arcadio Maxilom.

No street is named after him. In the book of Manuel Enriquez dela Calzada, his surname is spelled as Cabajar however other books spell it Kabahar. He was a famous musician at the time and organist of the San Nicolas Church. His close associate in the revolution was Luis Abellar, a town mate. The Kabahars were one of the principal families of San Nicolas.

A street may not have been named after him, but his son Pio who later styled himself as Piux A. Kabahar is honored with a street in Barangay Guadalupe. Pio or Piux Kabahar who was born on October 11, 1892 became a writer and composer, and directed the first Cebuano movies "Bertoldo ug Balodoy" and "Rosas Pandan".

He was the first cousin of Candido Padilla and the brother of the lady revolutionary, Paulina Padilla. It was in 1918 that the city council passed a resolution naming the street in his honor.
