Pa indicted for sexual abuse
A 42-year-old father is facing criminal charges in court for sexually abusing his 13-year-old daughter in 2016.
Assistant city prosecutor Misty Leah Escolar-Hupp found probable cause to indict the father for three counts of child abuse based on the testimony of his daughter.

The sexual abuse was repeated almost every night until November last year. The victim only had the chance to report her ordeal when her mother saw her crying one morning.

“This act of sexual assault went on daily since then until the second week of November 2016. It would usually happen in the wee hours of the night,” the victim said.
The prosecutor’s office issued a subpoena to the respondent directing the latter to submit his counter affidavit.
The suspect, however, ignored the summon prompting the prosecutor’s office to resolve the complaint based on the evidence presented by the complainant.
