Developer breaks ground for new project

-

In just six months after the project was introduced to the public, homegrown real estate developer Priland Development Corporation broke ground for its Belize North horizontal development in Consolacion last April 11.

Ramon Carlo Yap, Priland President led company officials in the groundbreaking ceremonies graced by Consolacion Mayor Teresa PepitoAlegado, Consolacion Municipal Councilors Joyjoy Alegado and Nelia Ermac, Nangka, Consolacion Brgy Captain Rey Constantino Cataluña Jr. and Brgy Councilor Jose Jayme Sugarol.

True to its commitment to provide a grander way of living, Priland has strategically set the location of Belize North in Nangka, Consolacion, a residential urban community supported by an aggressive economy. Belize North is a 2.2-hectare horizontal subdivision offering for those looking to own a value for money property in the northern part of Metro Cebu.

Priland president Ramon Carlo Yap said Belize North homes are spacious, giving buyers the opportunity to own a larger property on a budget, without compromising quality.

“The reality is this: if you want a bigger space, you have to spend more money. But in Belize North, we give high regard to the comfort and budget of the people. This only means that having a bigger, quality, and affordable home is possible in Belize North,” he said.

Prior to the groundbreaking event, significant land development has already been done to the property.

The development offers four property types ranging from townhouses to single detached properties with lot areas ranging from 50-172 sqm and floor areas from 78-157.

Belize North will have a club house, basketball court and a playground to ensure that the community will truly live up to Priland’s promise of building aspirations to life.

Other than this project, Priland is also looking into other areas in the municipality to develop including a 42-hectare property in Brgy Jugan that’s been eyed to be a mixed-use development.
