- Mae Clydyl L. Avila/MBG —

Police arrested a Norwegian for alleged possession of illegal drugs inside a bar in Barangay Capitol Site last Tuesday evening.

Chief Inspector Eduard Sanchez, chief of Abellana Police Station, said that Kenneth Olsen was reported by one of the concerned citizens because he was drunk.

The police arrived and caught Olsen allegedly holding two sachets of suspected shabu.

Police accosted Olsen. Sanchez said that Olsen seemed drugged and drunk and he was subjected to medical examinations.

Atoa gipa-undergo ug medical examination aron sad pagmatuod," Sanchez said.

Olsen tested positive.

Sanchez said that based on his debriefing with Olsen, the suspect was drinking in the bar after his Filipina girlfriend broke up with him and allegedly stole his money last Monday.

Gikuha daw iya kwarta basi sa iya alegasyon," he said.

He will be charged for possession of illegal drugs.

Olsen is temporarily detained in Abellana Police Station. Complaints will be filed next week after the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
