Collector on the road

ROAD “TIPS”. A collector of bets for a numbers game has found a good way to quickly get in touch with his regular customers. Since most of them are PUJ drivers he just waits by the side of the road for them to come to him as they drive their routes.

When they do he takes their bets, their bet money, and then they drive off. The transaction just happens in a matter of seconds. Winnings are not given that way, however.
