A jeepney and a motorcycle figured in an accident. When the motorcycle driver was told he might face the confiscation of his driver's license as a result of the accident, he confessed he didn't have a driver's license.

Many advised him to just settle with the jeepney driver and not get traffic enforcers involved, but it seemed he wanted to wait for the enforcers to arrive.
