- Ehda M. Dagooc

Pages-owned ‘House of Lechon’ will open its first out-of-Cebu outlet in Bohol within this year.

According to Cheryl PagesAlba, the resto chain, which is part of the string of food outlet brands owned by Pages Holdings Inc., House of Lechon is starting off its franchise offering, and the Bohol outlet will kick off its out-of-Cebu expansion.

At present, there are four House of Lechon outlets in Cebu—its flagship branch in Acacia street (near Cebu Business Park), one in Talisay City, in Robinsons Galleria and one located on Don Jose Avila Street (near Cebu Doctors Hospital.)

An outlet in Bogo City may also open soon, she added.

While interest for franchise is strong, Alba said, she is currently focusing on polishing the customer service offering across the existing branches.

“I dont want to be in a hurry,” she said referring to entertaining more inquiries for franchising from all over the country.

The opening of House of Lechon Bohol is an addition to existing Pages Holdings’ owned restaurant brands now operating in Bohol—the Cafe Racer and Lantaw.

The food brands owned by Pages Holdings Inc., include House of Lechon, Lantaw Native Restaurant, Mooon Cafe, Top of Cebu, Sushi Boy, Cafe Racer, Mismukuno Teppanyaki, Taters, Shaka Hawaiian Restaurant, Daplin sa Dagat, Kampo Grill & Bar, Summers Frozen Delights, Fruitfull and Thirsty. —
