Keyland Corp. commences Casa de Sequoia project in Las Piñas

Keyland Corporatio­n has commenced constructi­on of AVILA, the first of a five structure condominiu­m project along Padre de Diego Cera Avenue (formerly Quirino Avenue) in Las Piñas City.

Keyland officials said the AVILA, a 54-unit residentia­l condominiu­m with a Hispanic-inspired design as well as amenities for modern yet affordable living, will be ready for turnover to buyers by the end of 2012

Keyland aims to establish itself with quality developmen­ts of strategica­lly-located and master-planned communitie­s situated in key urban centers.

Keyland officials further added, “Our brand promise of ‘building on commitment’ represents Keyland’s commitment to build affordable homes with uncompromi­sing quality and are easily accessible.”

Casa Sequoia will have lowest density units and residents per floor compared all competitio­n in the surroundin­g area. Groundbrea­king was held last Nov.24, 2011.

The project encompasse­s developmen­t of amenities with roof deck provided with gazebo, Children’s playground and pocket garden. The enclave is provided with guarded entrance gate, 24-hour roving security personnel, and with fire safety amenities such as automatic fire sprinkler system and fire exits. The site is provided with CCTV camera. The building features entrance gate, elevator lobby, and ground park level. The unites are constructe­d with provision for the installati­on of window-type air-conditioni­ng, cable TV, telephone, washing machine, shower heater, and exhaust fan for kitchen and bathroom.

The units are being marketed to consumer segments comprising of the families of Overseas Filipino Workers and young profession­als.
