Chevrolet breaks ground along Commonwealth Avenue

-

Chevrolet Philippines – The Covenant Car Company Inc. (TCCCI) continues to grow its dealer network in the Philippines with the ground-breaking ceremony of Chevrolet Commonwealth Avenue. Located in a premier automotive row in Quezon City, the dealership is expected to serve the surrounding business and residential markets. The dealership will be located on a 2,374-square meter parcel of land along the major thoroughfare, and will be the largest Chevrolet dealership in Metro Manila to sport the new Chevrolet Global Dealership Design.

This event reinforces TCCCI’s goal of having 24 dealer partners before the end of 2012, to complement the planned expansion of its passenger car and commercial vehicle line-up in the Philippines. This effectively doubles Chevrolet’s dealer presence in the country from the time when TCCCI took over management of the brand in 2009 with 12 inherited dealerships.

Chevrolet Commonwealth Avenue is owned and operated by Ark Diversifi ed and Automotor Group Inc. “We have seen the rapid expansion and development of Chevrolet in the Philippines, and we feel excited and privileged to be part of the creative and dynamic Chevrolet family. From the onset of our decision to support Chevrolet, we have seen God work in tandem with us every step of the way; and we are confident that, with TCCCI’s support, we will make a significant footprint in our market and make every customer feel like a part of our family” noted

Ryan Jarina, CEO of Ark Diversified and Automotor Group Inc.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by TCCCI executives headed by Atty. Albert Arcilla, President and Managing Director, and Ms. Selene Lee Yu, Executive Director. Executives and

guests from the finance and insurance industries also joined TCCCI and Ark management for the celebration. The latest Chevrolet models also graced the occasion, most notably the upcoming Chevrolet Colorado midsize pickup truck, the brand’s first and highly competitive entry into the pickup segment. “We are very enthusiastic about

having Ark Diversified and Automotor

Group Inc. join our Chevrolet family, especially given the group’s rich experience in selling commercial vehicles in the Philippines. This is an exciting time for Chevrolet with our upcoming new vehicle launches, and with this new partnership with Ark Diversified, we are confident that more and more people will begin to Love This Chevy” said Atty. Albert Arcilla, TCCCI President and Managing Director.

Chevrolet Commonwealth Avenue is expected to be completed earliest before the end of this year. However, for customers eager to check out the latest Chevrolet models, a temporary showroom near the site and along Commonwealth Avenue will be operational by the end of June.
