Frabelle: A game-changer in the meat industry

-

In just a few months after it was publicly introduced, Frabelle Corp. has easily positioned itself as a game-changer in the value-added meat industry. Its incipient flagship brand, Frabelle Foods, started creating buzz among consumers when it was launched late last year.

This year, Frabelle Foods launched its campaign aptly entitled “Sadyang Pinasarap,” backed up by its TV commercial featuring Chiz Escudero as the brand endorser.

“Iba ang pinasarap ng pinag-ukulan ng panahon, iba ang preparasyon, mataas ang quality, sadyang pinasarap (Its distinction exudes from the amount of time devoted to its creation, its delicate preparation, and exceptional quality - deliberately making it more delicious),” are some of the noteworthy lines from the TV commercial that have caught the attention of the populace.

What makes Frabelle Foods different? It sets the utmost standard of perfection with its zealous commitment to go beyond the status quo in terms of food preparation. While the current business trends in food processing include cutting corners to save costs, this brand takes pride in adhering to the old-world classic disciplines of food processing such as the natural smoking of meat and the blow-torching of sugar in hams, combined with its cutting edge Fresh-Lock Freezing Technology, from which all of its meat and seafood products are maintained fresh and tasteful.

Recently, the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) granted an AAA accreditation, based on its plant’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification and all of its products’ Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification, which were obtained in record time.

The TV commercial has equally made news in the metro as it highlights the brand’s edge in terms of the products’ high quality, authentic food processing procedures and top-of-the-line technology.

Yummy! Hotdogs, Frabelle Foods’ masterpiece line, boasts of its 100% natural smoking procedure using imported wood chips. Longganiza Hamonado highlights its perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and garlicky flavors, while Pork Ham Tocino is a cut above its competitors as it is made from ham leg, which is used in making hams. Other meat products include Hickory Smoked Bacon and Honey Ham, both of which are sweetened with pure honey straight from the bee farm.

All of the products are made of excellently chosen meat cuts and well-prepared ingredients; making these value-added items “a cut above the rest.” Indeed, Frabelle Foods is well on its way to achieving its credo: Ang Frabelle Foods ay naniniwalang ang lasang nakasanayan, may isasarap

pa (Frabelle Foods believes that the taste imposed by tradition, can still be elevated to perfection).
