Full reimbursement of unused tickets offered

-

Chartis Philippines Insurance Inc. announced the introduction of “Ticket Protect,” a new insurance solution that ensures concert and show ticket holders 100 percent reimbursement for unused tickets.

One of the highest capitalized insurance companies in the Philippines, Chartis Philippines has partnered with TicketWorld, the leading ticketing company in the country, to market “Ticket Protect.” The tie-up is brokered by Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Insurance Brokers, Inc.

“The Philippines is the second country in the AsiaPacific region to use ‘Ticket Protect,’ after Thailand. It was well-received in Thailand and we’re confident consumers in the Philippines will appreciate the value of ‘Ticket Protect,’” said Anton Du Plessis, President of Chartis Philippines.

According to Graham Edwards, president of JLT Insurance Brokers, for an additional fraction of the ticket cost, the ticket buyer is assured of full refund in case of a missed show.

This is particularly significant as Bob Sewell of TicketWorld confirmed that more big names in the local and international entertainment industry are scheduled to perform in the country.
