AHMC to hold seminar on dermatology

The Asian Hospital and Medical Center (AHMC) invites dermatologists, general practitioners and medicine students to join its seminar “Now Trending in Dermatology” tomorrow, June 5, 8 a.m., at the Acacia Hotel Manila, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

A project of AHMC’s Dermatology department, the seminar aims to discuss the latest breakthroughs on dermatology and other holistic health approaches.

Interested participants may register on-site for only P1,500 inclusive of lunch and snacks.

Topics to be discussed are vein treatment, stem cells, plant based and traditional medicines, depigmenting agents, glutathione, systemic diseases, phi and dermal fillers, laser pearls, laser physics, hair and nail cosmetics, pediatrics, and dentistry.

Experts are invited to discuss the topics together with doctors and dermatologists from AHMC trained both locally and internationally in some of the world’s best dermatology institutions.

AHMC’s Dermatology Laser and Light Center is one of the best in the country, fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology treating various cosmetic and pathologic conditions of the skin. It was also awarded the Seal of Excellence by the Philippine Dermatological Society.

Services offered are: permanent hair reduction; wrinkle removal and skin tightening and lightening; acne scars improvement; face and leg vein treatment; and phototherapy for various skin problems.
