Woman’s body stuffed in drum

The body of a woman stuffed in a drum was found in a creek in Quiapo, anila on riday morning, six days after she went missing.

Police said a. ristine Ricafrente, 32, was identified by her mother, ercedita de uzman, , through the tattoos on her body.

According to case investigat­or Senior Police Officer ario Asilo of the anila Police istrict homicide section, the name ichael” and a rose were tattooed on the victim s right leg.

Reports said Ricafrente was last seen alive on the night of Aug. 2 .

okang tried to call her, but Ricafrente s cell phone was out of reach.

The victim s friend asked the police to accompany him to halil s house on Aug. 2 where they allegedly saw Ricafrente s clothes.

halil, on the other hand, was nowhere to be found.
