Villar housing units seek BOI incentives

In a published notice, the agency said ista esidences Inc. is applying for registra tion with the B I as e panding developer of low cost mass housing project The ine rest with a total capacity of low cost mass housing units on a non pioneer status with project site located at urora Blvd. cor. The project, which occupies an , s uare meter s m property, is composed of three low rise structures offering studio units, combined studio units and three bedroom units.

It provides easy access to top schools, hospitals, dining and entertainm­ent hubs and various lifestyle centers.

The two firms could enjoy incentives such as e emption from payment of income ta for their projects when their applicatio­ns are approved by the B I.
