Casas believes that their rm’s success lies on the values and principles that they continue to uphold. He continues, “At this stage of my practice, it’s not any more important to stay consciously ‘ on top.’ What’s important is doing projects you want to do—quality not quantity. Work on each project like it will be your last, harness client- architect relationship, keep close communication with their respective team and our team, meet client’s expectations and understanding, create a partnership to work towards one goal and the rest will take care of itself.”
Aside from that, the arm also makes sure that they keep a harmonious relationship with their clients. From the conceptual stage to the full construction of every project, they keep an open and constant communication with everyone involved.
The organisaation is exible and can do any type of project, although nowadays, its projects are more complex, as they are a combination of mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional high- and midrise developments. They are also involved in masterplanning and site development from three to 20 hectares or more for longterm developments. These initial services would usually progress to architectural projects.

Although Casas has been mostly exposed to the international market in his earlier career, the firm’s brand remains emphatically Filipino.
