Mercedes-benz voted Most Valuable Premium Automotive Brand in the world
In the latest ranking of the renowned U.S. brand consultancy, Interbrand, MercedesBenz ranked 11th, after 10 non- premium automotive consumer brands, thus, making it the No.1 premium automotive brand. Interbrand annually determines 100 Best Global Brands, taking largely into consideration the opinion of leading CEOs worldwide. Compared to the previous year, the brand value of MercedesBenz rose 6 percent to $31.904 billion.

Today, Daimler AG affirms its strong support for CATS Motors, Inc. with the visit of Peter Alexander Trettin, president and CEO of Daimler Central/Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia, and Wolfgang Huppenbauer, president and CEO of Daimler Southeast Asia.
Peter Alexander Trettin joined Daimler AG in 1992. He spent the first six years with Financial Services, thereof three years as General Manager of MB Leasing Argentina S.A. and debis Financial Services Argentina S.A. in Buenos Aires.
During the following years Trettin held several management functions as chief of staff of the former chairman of the Board, as head of the own retail branch Rhein-Ruhr and as head of Sales & Marketing for Mercedes-Benz Vans, before he took over the responsibility for the management of the Mercedes-Benz Sales Organization Germany in Berlin.
He has been working as president & CEO of Daimler Central/Eastern Europe, Africa & Asia in Stuttgart since 2009. In this function he is responsible for Sales and Aftersales business of Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars, Vans and Trucks, FUSO Trucks and Buses, Daimler Buses and Daimler Trucks North America in about 120 countries on three continents.
CATS has been a strong and dependable partner who shows the same passion and dedication to the brand for over 20 years. It marked its 20th year of partnership with the German marque last year with the opening of its new and bigger showroom on EDSA in Greenhills.
September: Best month in Mercedes-Benz history to date
Mercedes-Benz sold more vehicles than in any other previous months. It saw a growth of 15.9 percent from the previous year. The third quarter was particularly successful for the company in the United States and China. Locally, Mercedes-Benz posted a growth of 29.4 percent in September from the previous month.
Much of this growth can be attributed to the New Generation Compact Cars and the new generation E-Class. The new S-Class, to be launched soon in the country, is already leading the way to further strengthen the brand’s global presence and position.
More new Mercedes-Benz models reach Phl shores
Following one of the biggest mid- cycle enhancements in Mercedes- Benz history, the new generation E- Class was recently launched with two variants: E 250 CDI Avantgarde and E 300 AMG Sport. This month, CATS introduces a new variant: E 200, a 2-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with direct injection and variable valve control, with an output of 184 hp and a maximum torque of 270 Nm.
Also now offered, a special edition C-Class “Edition C” makes the C-Class even sportier with attractive enhancements, stylish details and a number of high-grade features. The AMG styling gives it an even more dynamic look.
