Sta Lucia City rises in the East
Over the years, Sta. Lucia Land (SLI) has single-handedly transformed the landscape of the Greater East Area, turning once sleepy towns into dynamic communities, and pioneering a booming mall business in the area.
While shopping malls were rising in the busy areas of Makati and Quezon City in the late 1980s, Sta. Lucia built a 119,000-square meter shopping complex to cater to the burgeoning communities of Pasig, Cainta, Marikina, and Antipolo in 1991. The first in the area, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall soon became a major commercial, entertainment, and leisure hub with four levels of shops and restaurants, a department store, supermarket, food court, an indoor amusement center, digital cinemas, and a bowling alley.

“With 11 hectares of prime real estate, Sta. Sta. Lucia City will be marked by Residenze, a luxurious block of five condominium towers attracting an upscale clientele.
Designed by W. V. Cosculluela & Associates, and Songsong & Periquet, the first two towers, Monte Carlo and Santorini, bring to life the vibrant energy of famous European tourist hotspots, echoing the classic style and aesthetic of the cities of the Mediterranean.
The Santorini tower will also join Sta. Lucia’s condotel portfolio, assuring owners of steady income through rental revenues within the contract period, with a high return on investment.
Sta. Lucia Residenze will feature landscaped gardens and leisure amenities in- cluding a swimming pool, function hall, gazebo, fitness gym, and covered basketball court. Manned by 24- hour security, fitted with CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, and sprinklers, and structurally designed to withstand earthquakes, safety and security are ensured inside the complex.
