Morita s boats allowed the family to run and expand their fishing business to what it is today.

The restaurant s main man in the kitchen is renowned apanese chef Tom amasaki of Sugi. Ably backing him up is co-chef Danny Madlangbay­an, former executive chef of urosato estaurant. Dino de esus, head of isher Mall s ood Subsidiari­es, oversees the restaurant s operation.

The restaurant also reserved a prime space for its sushi bar where it will showcase the skills of its chefs and kitchen staff as well as display how sushi is made.

Morita apanese estaurant also adds more fun to dining during its band nights, featuring several famous show bands daily where customers can enjoy lively music for a minimum and consumable amount of only P300.
