A bettor from Manila won the jackpot of the 6 45 Mega otto’s April 28 draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.

PCSO general manager Jose erdinand Rojas said the player guessed the six-digit winning combination 39-21-3243-19-17 with a pri e of P18,802,100.

Rojas said the ticket was bought from a lotto outlet at SM San a aro branch in Manila.

At least 17 other players won P49,830 each after guessing five of the six-digit combination. –
