Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo spoke as a panelist at the ‘Building Resilience to Natural Disasters’ session at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland recently. The session focused on how natural disasters can be better anticipated and managed despite the increased risk of climate change.
