Modern China Restaurant reopens in Glorietta 4 with new interiors
The newly renovated Modern China Restaurant in Glorietta 4 now boasts a modern/ contemporary look. At the main dining area, new lighting fixtures were installed, the cushioned chairs were replaced, while some booths were removed to make room for more tables and an open seating space. It also has two VIP rooms for intimate gatherings.
Amid the renovation, Modern China Restaurant managed to retain its unique Oriental charm and the quality of its food. No wonder it remains the favorite of Makati businessmen, foodies, local and Chinese food lovers, and Chinese Embassy diplomats who can’t get enough of Modern China’s bestsellers such as the suckling pig with seafood rolls, chicken bacon cheese rolls, sesame fried chicken, honeygarlic spareribs, braised pork knuck- les in dong po sauce, Peking duck, and steamed lapu- lapu. These dishes are made of the freshest quality ingredients and prepared by the resto’s kitchen team headed by the chefs from Sichuan Province.
