A leader or a manager must know how to manage this resistance to changes, if one were to succeed in his or her job. Learn what they teach at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) featuring Prof. Phillip Ash, Ph.D., who led this leadership training program for senior officials and executives at the ADB. He also created and led many online learning programs that provided training and development services that grew to more than 40 online and blended courses. While serving as an advisor to the director-general for finance and human resources for four years until May 2013, he also led the realignment efforts that transformed ADB’s functional approach towards HR to a more strategic focus.
In this rare visit to the Philippines, Prof. Ash will share his best practices and his wealth of experiences having been the director-incharge of the change management practice of Andersen Consulting for five years, implementing many change initiatives in Asia and China. He also served as dean of the American Sentinel University for two years.
