Hotel de Oriente now at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan

Hotel de Oriente, originally built in 1889 in Binondo, Manila, was considered the country’s first premiere luxury hotel. It was recently transported and rebuilt at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a heritage resort facing the West Philippine Sea in Bagac, Bataan and is now named Hotel de Oriente Convention Center. It is the first and only convention hall with several function rooms and VIP opera-like balcony rooms in the area, boasting a seating capacity of 1,000 persons. Hotel de Oriente Convention Center was built by New San Jose Builders, Inc. Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is managed by Asian Grand Legacy Hotels Corp.
