GERI launching 4th resd’l tower in Southwoods

Global Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), the leisure development arm of Megaworld Corp., is launching its fourth residential tower in Southwoods City, a 561-hectare township in Carmona, Cavite.

The project forms part of the P10 billion earmarked by GERI for the development of the estate over a 10-year period.

Geri vice president for sales and marketing Rachelle Penaflorida said the launch follows the brisk sales take up of the first three towers of Holland Park.

“Holland Park has been selling fast because clients and investors have seen the huge potential of Southwoods City as the south’s next central business district that is so close to Manila. On top of this, they have seen the growing community surrounded by its own golf course, which is distinct to Southwoods City,” she said.

According to the company, the new 12-story Holland Park Tower 4, will offer studio and one-to-three bedroom units with sizes ranging from 23 to 106 square meters.

The four towers will have a total inventory of 622 residential units.

“We started selling Holland Park at P90,000 in January. Now, it is selling at P105,000 per sqm. This means the property appreciated by almost 17 percent in just nine months,” Penaflorida said.

Holland Park is composed of multiple low-rise buildings clustered by vibrant pastel colors, taking inspiration from the street houses of Copenhagen in Denmark, she added.

Amenities of the residential tower include adult and kiddie pools, a submerged pool lounge, a pool deck, a cabana, a pavilion and a canopy, a game room, children’s play area and day care center and a fitness gym.

GERI is also building the Southwoods Mall as well as office and BPO buildings, all of which would be strategically located within walking distance from Holland Park.
