The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the world’s largest international serviced residence owner- operator, marked a milestone event as it announced its foray into the Visayas with Citadines Cebu City.
The international-class serviced residence is the Ascott’s eighth property in the Philippines, reinforcing its lead as the largest international serviced residence owner- operator in the country. Owned by Cebu Landmasters, the property is set to open in 2019.
The company currently operates three award-winning brands: Ascott, Citadines and Somerset, each catering to different travelers’ needs. Ascott offers luxurious living homes with excellent services for business travelers while Citadines is an ideal vibrant home in the city with flexible services for individuals on the go. Somerset is known for its stylish apartments for executives and their families.
Upon its completion in 2019, the contemporary serviced residence will be part of a mixed-use development that will also comprise offices, retail and private residential units — the ideal second home for discerning international businessmen and leisure travelers.
The 180-apartment development will feature a range of studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive lofts, complete with all the modern conveniences of home. There will also be meeting and function rooms for business travelers. And for work-life balance, the property will feature a recreational floor complete with a swimming pool and fitness center. There will likewise be commercial spaces on the ground floor, including a supermarket, dining and retail outlets.
