The Italian art of coffee- making can now be as simple as a single push of a button, thanks to modern coffee machines that have just the right blend of technology and features to produce the perfect cup.

Based in the industrial area of Milan, Italy, Promac is the second biggest manufacturer of coffee machines in the world and has a network of distributors in 90 countries including one in the Philippines through Technolux, the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, small wares, laundry and cleaning equipment.

Promac’s coffee machines are mostly designed for professional use especially for coffee shops and establishments but the brand also carries certain models for home brewing. Its products are technologically advanced, easy to use, and are approved by international certification institutes thus quality and reliability are always assured. They also can help business owners get the most out of their investment.

The machines sell for P195,000 upward. As a way of helping businesses, each purchase already comes with free coffee grinder, two pieces coffee small ware and on- site barista training for three days.

One of its most popular model is the Green Plus, an automatic espresso coffee machine outfitted with modern features such as preprogramming functions that appear on an LCD display; a boiler control for maintaining ideal temperature of the coffee; on/ off/ day off settings; and automatic alarm for technical and programmed maintenance. This model comes with a standard cup warmer, water mixer for tea, auto leveler and double- scale manometer which shows boiler and pump pressure.

For smaller spaces, Promac has the Gre en Compact line whi c h boasts high performance and solid features even with its petite size. This model is available in ME ( automatic, including manual coffee button) and PU ( semiautomatic) versions and come with standard operations such as an auto leveler, double scale manometer, two multidirectional steam wands used for making cappuccino and hot beverages, and a hot water tap for tea.

Big businesses, meanwhile, may invest in a P161 coffee machine under the brand’s Green Tall series. Touted as its “tank machine,” this latest product from Promac has nearly the same specs as the Green ME model and comes in two versions: espresso size and tall cup ideal for take away.
