Seminar on will writing, trusts and inheritance

As we remember our dearly departed loved ones when we commemorated and trooped to the cemetery last All Soul’s Day, we think about our own mortality and we ask ourselves if we have already prepared for it. Do we have a “Last Will and Testament?”

The fear of many grandparents, parents and families who worked so hard for their wealth is for it to end up in the hands of bad relatives and outside predators in case of their death or incapacity. But writing a defective will is as good as having no will. In many instances, this becomes a subject of long, painful litigation.
