-

Students taking up business administration and good governance classes at the Manila Tytana Colleges in Pasay City were educated and empowered on their pivotal role as youth for nation- building during the recently concluded forum on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Best Practices organized by the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF).

During the event, CEMEX Philippines Foundation shared best practices from its Build the Nation Together umbrella program for social development.

Grace Muncada, corporate communications analyst at CEMEX, discussed the importance of CSR and the youth in transforming societies for a truly sustainable and progressive nation.

Joining Muncada in the panel of speakers (in photo) were program officers from the Lopez Group of Foundations, SM Foundation, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The CSR Best Practices forum is under the Corporate Social Responsibility Institute ( CSRI) lecture series, LCF’s flagship program for building the capacity of the budding number of CSR practitioners in the country.
