Young aces plunge into another exciting showdown as they dispute crucial wins in their title quests today in the 2015 Petron Blaze 100 ROK Karting Super Series finals at the Carmona Racetrack.

After the outcome of the stints in yesterday’s Round 6, these young kids are set to squeeze out the best they got for the titles in this event sanctioned by the Automobile Associatio­n Philippine­s and sponsored by Petron, Petron Blaze 100 Euro 4, Petron XCS, Petron Ultron, Petron Xtra, Petron Sprint, Magnolia Pure Water and Yokohama the official tires.

Eduardo Coseteng Jr. hopes to prove himself as the future of Philippine karting as he aims to wind up the season with titles in both the MiniROK XCS and the KF Restricted classes.

He leads the Mini-ROK XCS with 371 points, a wide margin over Jarred Kim of Formula-E Racing who tallies 326. Cebuano Rap Rap Gutierrez is still in strong contention with 274 with Constantin Reisch and Flynn Jackes just behind with 196 and 180 points, respective­ly.

Joining them are Christophe­r Garrido and Aidan Quek.

In the KF Restricted division, Coseteng Jr. is just second overall with 254 points behind Flynn Jackes. Hoping to get in the way of their rivalry are Bianca Bustamante and Bobby Redpath.

Among the other favored karters are Joaquin Garrido in the Formula Cadet Expert class over Zach David and Inigo Anton in the Formula Cadet Novice against Constantin Reisch.
