Karada Center in Boracay and Mall of Asia

-

Karada Japanese Body Therapy Center recently opened two new centers in Boracay and Mall of Asia.

Karada in Boracay (Nandana Hotel, Station 1) is a refreshing respite for those looking for a place to relax and recharge after a long day of loafing, playing, and partying on the beautiful island. Its treatments, which focus on proper body alignment and improved muscle function, is the perfect complement to the hustle and bustle of Boracay, providing vacationers a holistic holiday escape that’s good for the mind and the body.

Karada’s Mall of Asia branch is the company’s biggest so far, boasting of most number of spaces (10 beds to accommodate its clientele).

Karada Japan president Megume Kozaku flew to the Philippines last year and personally toured all of its branches in Metro Manila. Kozaku was happy with the growth of Karada in the Philippines and is optimistic that Karada will continue to be successful as the company expands to more locations this year including its first branch in Quezon City located in Eastwood as well as more in BGC and another one in Pasig.

A wellness center that has its roots in Japan, Karada Japanese Body Therapy Center specializes in the age-old tradition of restoring the body’s inner balance through muscle and bone alignment as opposed to merely massaging the body.

The treatments are applied with the help of a specially trained therapist who makes an expert recommendation on what treatment to be performed based on a client’s present condition and any identified problems such as misalignments, locked spinal joints, pinched nerves, stiff muscles and incorrect posture.

Popular among regular patrons is the AP Balance, a Karada signature which works by realigning the body’s atlas (neck and shoulders), and pelvis (base of the body) to its natural state thus resulting to improved balance, posture and mobility. Other services include FT (foot treatment) and a combination of AP & BT for the full Karada experience.

All Karada centers feature therapeutic beds separated by cubicles and clients are provided baskets where to safely stow away their valuables. Ambient lights and Zen-inspired interiors create an instant feeling of tranquility.

Karada is located at Glorietta, 5538731; Greenbelt Radissons, 843- 7425; Serendra, 8236716; Alabang, 894-1575; Greenhills, 510-8946; Greenbelt 1, 5036004; and Eight Forbes Town Branch BGC, 801-5062.
