@assibee “Life of Pi” by Yann Martel Have you ever felt alone in the middle of no wher? It is how things are for Pi after a shipwreck that killed his entire family: stuck on a lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with no one but Richard Parker (a royal Bengal tiger) to keep him company. Together, floating through the sea, they find ways to survive and keep each other alive. This work of fiction changed me. It’s definitely the most memorable and moving book I’ve ever read. It is not only a story of survival and friendship but also a story of hope and faith. This book can be interpreted in so many ways, but one thing is for sure, it will make you believe. @http.al15 “Hopeless” by Colleen Hoover Sometimes, discovering the truth can leave you more hopeless than believing the lies. That’s what Sky realizes after she meets Holder, the guy who makes her feel for the very first time. But he’s also the guy who sparks buried memories from a past she wishes could just stay buried forever. “Hopeless” is complex and so much more than a romance. Colleen Hoover did an incredible job in creating an extremely beautiful plot with characters that are sure to quickly become embedded in your heart and soul. Every turn of page is absolutely captivating and intense that got me so hooked and wanting to know more. As I get to know the dark secrets and revelations, my emotions went on a roller coaster ride — from happy, to devastated, to in love. This book has turned me into an emotional wreck. Definitely a must-read.
