He is a remedial law professor in three law schools and is a prolific bar review lecturer, sharing his extensive experience and expertise in the practice of law by conducting bar review lectures in 15 review centers. Presently, he is a partner at the Millar Villasis Pangilinan Law Offices.

Another lecturer is Atty. Roland Ysrael Atienza who is the section chief of the administra­tive proceeding­s of the legal division at the National Bureau of Investigat­ion which includes prosecutio­n of abusive NBI personnel and officers. He is a law professor, MCLE lecturer and a crusader against bullying and violence against women, children and families. In this seminar, he will share his knowledge of special laws and practical insights on this topic.
