Teleperfor­mance is also one of the largest collective blood donor to the Philippine Red Cross. “Our employees’ deep engagement in our CSR activities generated close to 12,000 volunteer hours in 2015, with millions of pesos worth of cash and in-kind support. Our CSR efforts have been recognized by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority with its Outstandin­g Community Project Award for two consecutiv­e years. We also received the Melchora Aquino Award from the Philippine Blood Center and the Platinum Award from the Philippine Red Cross for our blood donation program implemente­d in all our sites nationwide,” Coates shares proudly.

He adds, “We believe that our most valuable assets are our employees.
