‘Las Tres Marias’: The Syjuco sisters in Qube Gallery Cebu
Qube Gallery presents a three-woman exhibition by the Syjuco sisters — Michelline Syjuco, Beatrix Syjuco, and Maxine Syjuco — which opens on May 19, Thursday, in Cebu City.
The multi-media exhibition will showcase the latest works of the three sisters — highlighting their distinct styles and creative approaches from Michelline’s hand-torched brass sculptures, to Beatrix’s abstract paintings, to Maxine’s mixed-media visual narratives and installations.
The exhibition will be the first in a series of shows by the Syjuco Sisters, and will precede their upcoming exhibitions here and in Singapore later this year.
