The ultimate reward

-

Fly, and fly some more. Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has sealed an agreement with Alphaland Corp. to bring Balesin Island Club to Mabuhay Miles members.

Balesin is a world-class, for-membersonly island resort, which can be reached via Alphaland’s private fleet of airplanes and PAL’s chartered flights.

The club, known for its excellent service and world- class amenities, has seven themed villages: Balesin, Bali, Costa del Sol, Mykonos, Phuket, St. Tropez and Toscana.

PAL and Alphaland Corp. are making it possible for Million Milers and Premier Elite members to enjoy Balesin’s sevenkilometer white- sand beach for free, making the island getaway the ultimate reward for the airline’s frequent flyers.

The agreement was recently forged between PAL president and COO Jaime Bautista and Alphaland board chairman Roberto Ongpin at the City Club, Alphaland Makati Place in Makati City. A resort-themed party was held to give Mabuhay Milers a taste of what awaits them in Balesin.

The partnership gives Million Milers and Premier Elite members with existing 200,000 miles a four-night getaway package for two at the exclusive island. The package includes four villa nights, four vouchers with P5,000 worth of food and beverage credit per day per person and round-trip Manila-Balesin-Manila tickets.

Milers can redeem the four- day island getaway after fully completing a redemption form and providing a copy of a valid ID with signature through e-mail at promotions@ mabuhaymiles.com. Members are also required to coordinate directly with Balesin Island Club for f light and villa availability through reservations@balesin.com.
